There is definitely a lot of information in here but it's easy to read and apply to your life. It doesn't seem overwhelming. It has color pictures of the food and even has a seasonal recipe guide in the back. Not all of the recipes have pictures though which is the reason for only giving it 4 stars.

My husband and I have been wanting to incorporate more veggies into our diet and this is an excellent book to help with that. Whether you're working, retired or thinking about reentering the job force, networking is essential. Engaging with people on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and face-to-face in industry groups will keep you current and connected. Life after 50 is filled with change and can be confusing.
